SouthBrook COVID-19 Response
We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak as well as the response of our state's government. We understand the fear and uncertainty that this health crisis has created for our community and beyond and we are taking steps to balance wisdom and care in our response.
Out of an abundance of caution for the entire community, SouthBrook is suspending in-person events and gatherings with the exception of our counseling center. Our weekend services will be live-streamed online on Facebook and SouthBrook.org at the normal service times of Saturday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at 9:30 and 11:30 am. You will also be able to watch the service at any time after it streams.
The next two weekends will interrupt the weekend series we are currently in with a special mini-series called "The Day Love Was Quarantined" where we will explore how to live out of love in a climate of fear.
We are actively looking for ways we can serve our community through this crisis as we know this is a vulnerable time for many people. For example, we are looking into how we can assist with potential food challenges that arise as a result of schools being closed. We will keep you updated on how you can be involved in being a light to those around you in our communities in the midst of the uncertainty.
We will keep SouthBrook.org updated with the latest information as we navigate through this situation.
We are so grateful for our community, and we want to work together to keep everyone as safe and healthy as we can.
