4 If your mind and body are not what they were, it’s not just you. Your grief is uniquely yours. You are normal. How has loss in 2020 affected your mind/body function?

5 To get the process of processing started, take a moment and do a quick write to answer the three questions: What am I leaving? What am I learning? In whom am I leaning?
