See you this Sunday at SouthBrook
Hello SouthBrook,
Thank you again to all of you who joined us for our first re-gathering weekend! We know many of you are waiting a little bit longer to get back into rooms with people and we certainly understand that. We hope you'll continue to join in our online services and keep connected to community through these days. Here's some info from Charlie on where we're at right now with our services and this upcoming weekend:
NEW This Week for Sunday 10:00a at SouthBrook:
No chairs needed
No RSVP needed
A Few Quick Reminders:
When arriving on campus please stay in your vehicle until the exterior doors to the building are open (approx. 9:45a). At this time you can make your way into the building through the closest entrance.
As you arrive inside the building you will be directed to the rooms that have NOT met occupancy. The rooms that will be open are the Main Theater, Small Theater, Reverie Reception Hall & Reverie Chapel.
Masks are encouraged. We see this as a way to protect each other through this but we understand some may have health reasons or other limitations to wearing masks.
There will be no SBK, HS or MS.
We will continue our practice of frequently cleaning and disinfecting all the high-touch areas around the building.
There will be additional hand sanitizing stations available.
No offering bag will be passed. There will be designated offering boxes available, but we also encourage you to continue to use push pay.
No coffee provided. Bring your own Brew. (We know this is a loss but it’s not forever.)
No communion provided. We encourage you to continue this practice with your families and friends in creative ways.
Maintain six feet between you and other people both inside and outside. Think of this as one of those middle school dances where you are supposed to leave plenty of room for the Holy Spirit.
Thank you again for your patience-and for your excitement about getting back in rooms together. We will continue to learn and adapt to whatever love and care has to look like in the days to come.
