UPDATED SHOPPING LIST - Charlie Update - March 24

"God bless City Lights…”

We heard this phrase several times this week, but one man, partially blind and hungry was especially grateful! God’s abundance is beyond what we could ask or imagine! He’s been doing a math all week that we do not understand. So we are going to revel in his mysteries and keep saying yes! 

While we are very much aware that this virus is spreading, we are assessing our risk, taking serious precautions, and doing all we can to limit exposure! It’s the wise thing to do, and it's in that spirit that we continue to say yes to helping others where we can. Our Governor tweeted Sunday, “You can leave your home to take care of others. You can take care of your neighbor, your family, your friend.” 

As we send this, food deliveries continue to happen in Germantown, around the Dayton area and a new operation to help the team with Strip Church is in effect! God provides when we say yes! Thank you for praying for us as a church staff, for our families, and for those that we help! Know that you are all in our prayers, too! We’re so proud of this Southbrook family!

Attached is the updated grocery list for our needs right now. We will have the building open Monday - Thursday from 10am-6pm accepting your donations!
